My wife and I became Calgarians on Jan. 8, 2000 and aside from acquiring cowboy hats and boots while learning the correct pronunciation of the city's name, we both quickly developed a love for the area. Our two daughters were born at Foothills and share our love of the west. I grew up in Northern Ontario, where I developed a lifelong love of sports, music, reading and being outdoors. My interest in real estate intensified 10 years ago when we acquired investment properties and I now love sharing my real estate obsession with others.
Buying a home?
Obviously, buying a new home is a big deal, both financially and emotionally. It requires thorough research and diligence, which I provide. I'm not a salesman, so I won't push you to buy something that doesn't match your needs or finances. Call me and we can meet for coffee. We'll compile a list of what you are looking for, where you want you to live in this great city and what you want to pay. Hopefully then you'll give me the green light to get to work for you.
Selling your home?
List your home with me and you'll get a hard-worker who will pull out all the stops marketing your property and getting the best price possible. I will attend to every detail during the process to make selling your home less stressful. (Ask me about home staging).
